Rick holds a B.S. in Information Technology and remains committed to staying at the cutting edge of cybersecurity. His blend of technical acumen, operational experience, and visionary leadership continues to shape the industry and empower organizations to stay ahead of evolving threats.
Ricky “Rick” Froggatt serves as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at ToriiGate Security Consulting, where he leads the company’s strategic technology initiatives and cybersecurity innovation. A former U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets) operator, Rick brings a mission-driven mindset and decades of leadership to the forefront of enterprise security.
Rick’s cybersecurity journey began in 1996, rooted in a passion for computer science and offensive security. Over the years, he has become a recognized expert in Red Team operations, specializing in the design and execution of simulated attacks that expose vulnerabilities and strengthen organizational defenses. His deep expertise spans network security, social engineering, and application-layer threats—making him a trusted advisor to clients navigating today’s complex threat landscape.
